UNASDG Diplomatic Council CEO Dr. Reuben Egolf met the Honourable Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of South Sudan in Washington D.C., Mr. Pawel Joseph Dr. Egolf handed over the draft "Convention/Treaty" to establish a long-term cooperation between UNASDG and the Republic of South Sudan. The meeting is based on the previous discussions as well as the face-to-face meeting in Poland during the Intereko South Sudan Sustainable Business Summit in June this year. In addition to providing basic support to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, UNASDG, Intereko and the Government of South Sudan plan to cooperate initially in the areas of education, agriculture and health.
