You have the right to cancel your membership within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than you or a third party named by you, who is not the member, has made use of our services. 

 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to cancel this membership. For this purpose, you may use the enclosed sample cancellation form, which is, however, not mandatory. 
Alternatively, you can fill out the membership cancellation electronically below and send it to us. In this case, we will immediately send you (by e-mail) a confirmation of receipt of such cancellation.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

 

Consequences of the cancellation

If you cancel the membership, we will stop all promised services with immediate effect. You must immediately return all information provided to you and destroy any information stored with you without restriction.
