By submitting the Application for Project Funding Allocation, the applicant acknowledges and agrees that:

1. No Funding Commitment: Submission does not constitute funding approval, allocation, entitlement or any financial commitment by UnASDG IGO.

2. Funding Regulations: Any funding allocation and release are subject to the applicable Standard Implementation and Funding Regulations (SIFR), institutional approvals and compliance requirements.

3. Official Registration: The application will be recorded in the official UnASDG Funding Applications and Approvals Register, initially as an application and not as an approved allocation.

4. Compliance Review: The application may be assessed, verified and processed by the UnASDG Compliance & Risk Registry (CRR) and its duly authorized representatives.

5. Data Protection: Personal and institutional information will be processed for application administration, assessment, due diligence, compliance and related communications, in accordance with the applicable Privacy Notice and data protection laws.

6. Applicant Declaration: The applicant confirms that the submitted information is accurate and that they are duly authorized to submit the application on behalf of the identified institution or entity, where applicable.

 

Submission does not create any legal entitlement to funding.
