• review, structuring and preliminary evaluation of concepts, proposals and project submissions;

• preparation of internal reports, summaries and recommendations for further institutional consideration;

• operational support for programs, initiatives and cooperation frameworks carried out under the mandate of UnASDG IGO.

 

Legal Status and Clarification

UnASDG IGO Operations and Services Ltd. is a private limited company registered in the United Kingdom. It is not itself a supranational entity, intergovernmental organization, public authority or sovereign institution.

The company acts strictly within its corporate capacity and within the scope of the mandate granted to it by UnASDG IGO. While its activities may be performed under a supranational mandate and in support of intergovernmental objectives, the company remains a separate legal entity operating as a registered limited company under applicable law.

 

Shareholding and Control

The United Alliance for Sustainable Development Goals Intergovernmental Organization (UnASDG IGO) is the Person with Significant Control (PSC) and major shareholder of UnASDG IGO Operations and Services Ltd.

This structure is intended to ensure that the company’s operational activities remain aligned with the institutional objectives, governance principles and mandate of UnASDG IGO.

The purpose of UnASDG IGO Operations and Services Ltd. is to provide structured operational support, professional coordination and administrative execution capacity for UnASDG IGO and its approved institutional activities.

Through its mandate, the company assists in building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders, preparing documentation, evaluating concepts and facilitating the orderly development of cooperation frameworks in line with the objectives of sustainable development, institutional cooperation and responsible program implementation.
