Senator Pat Meyer – Executive President & President of the Security Council (UnASDG IGO)

Senator Pat Meyer has been elected by the Senate as Executive President and President of the Security Council of the United Alliance for Sustainable Development Goals Intergovernmental Organization (UnASDG IGO) for life. As founder and principal initiator of the Organization, in cooperation with sovereign member states, he is actively engaged worldwide, transferring expertise and strategic capabilities to governments, international institutions, and selected partners.

His mandate is dedicated to the development and expansion of secure and sustainable state and urban structures, with particular focus on sovereign funding architectures for nations, the prevention and mitigation of corruption, the establishment of economic cooperation networks, and the strategic acquisition of data and intelligence to enhance transparency and cooperation on a global scale.
Professional Experience
Senator Pat Meyer is a distinguished and goal-oriented entrepreneur with an extensive career bridging civil service, international security, and multilateral diplomacy. Combining longstanding experience in government advisory services with a proven track record in the defense and intelligence sectors, he has become a recognized authority in high-level international cooperation.

For more than 15 years, he has served as Director Europe at Octagon Strategic Services, with a particular focus on servicing diplomatic infrastructures, including embassies and intergovernmental liaison structures. In addition, he holds a consultative status with the Vienna Association CSR Dialogforum to the United Nations and has played a decisive role within the Anti-Corruption Committee in Ukraine, underlining his enduring commitment to integrity, compliance, and ethical governance.
Senator Meyer currently serves as President of the International Human Rights Community and previously acted as Head of Europe for the International Diplomatic Mission Euro-Ukraine, where he led significant initiatives aimed at advancing Ukraine’s economic, social, and cultural integration into European economic structures.

His mandate further extends to international security cooperation. In close coordination with the UnASDG Security Council, CEO Glenn Hill, and Hon. Chairman Gen. Wesley K. Clark (ret.), he has been actively engaged in shaping safe and transparent structures in Africa and other regions, with a strong focus on anti-corruption, financial investigations, funding and the protection of public interests.

As Head of the Founders Committee, Senator Meyer represents various UN member states and holds the lifetime appointment as Executive President of the United Alliance for Sustainable Development Goals Intergovernmental Organization (UnASDG IGO). He has also contributed his expertise for several years as a consultant to the United Nations Global Sustainability Index Institute (UNGSII) until 2025.

Parallel to these roles, Senator Meyer serves as Director within the Studebaker Defense Group with responsibility for SDG Programs, establishing International Security Alliances and the supervision of associated security protocols.
He is also the President of the UnASDG Security Council and presides over the Senate of the CSR Dialogforum Austria, an NGO with consultative status to the United Nations.

In addition, Senator Meyer is nominated as Director of the International Global Security Alliances and serves as a Strategic Partner to the International Police Academy Organization (IPOA) and UNIPOL.

In his multifaceted executive capacity, he leads the realization of lighthouse projects and oversees the monitoring of SDG-aligned development initiatives. He mobilizes capital flows, structures partnerships with central banks and institutional investors, and collaborates with financial and economic stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of sustainable and secure development programs worldwide.
